Tok Tokkie Trails is an exclusive all inclusive experience: The prices as shown below include all meals, drinks, equipment and services as described. There are no hidden costs. At Tok Tokkie Trails, services that are often added to the bill as extras, like beverages, breakfast, lunch, dinner, guided walks, game drives etc., are already included in the rates. Leave your wallet behind and just relax & enjoy:
Rates include:
 meals and equipment as stated in the itinerary (lunch on arrival if pre-booked, 1x light lunch,
 2x dinner, 2x breakfast)
the services of a nature guide
the services of a “back-up” crew
walking in a small and personal group of 2 - 8 guests
group transfer to the starting point of the trail - please make sure you arrive by 2 pm in order
not to miss your group! (charge for late arrivals - see extras)
tea, coffee and juice, beer, wine and soft drinks are freely available in the overnight camps
light lunch on day of arrival, (only if pre-booked, arrival by 1 pm)
NamibRand Nature Reserve park fees, used for conservation
15 % value added tax (VAT)
Namibia Tourism Board (NTB) levies / bed levies - not applicable at time of print (subject to
change)
Extras not included:
Lunch packs on day of departure: N$ 75.00 p. person
Transfer for late arrived guests to first overnight camp: N$ 350.00 per vehicle (subject to
availability, pre-booking not possible) - please arrive by 2 pm!
Any extra transfers between camps and farmhouse: N$ 350.00 per vehicle (subject to
availability, pre-booking not possible)
Rate per person per night including VAT:
Low season (all months except July, August, September) 2.772 N$ per person, per night
(calculate for 2 nights)
High season (July, August, September) 2.904 N$ per person, per night
(calculate for 2 nights)
Kids under 12 years: 50% of rack rate
Average income in Namibia and the SADC countries is significantly lower than in Europe or North America. As we want to enable local people to experience the Tok Tokkie Trail, we offer special rates for citizens and permanent residents of the SADC countries on request (proof of residence required) and subject to availability.
Terms & Conditions:
Rates are stated net and non-commissionable
Full settlement 8 weeks prior to arrival, any related bank charges and currency conversions
are for guest account
Proof of payment needs to be sent through via fax or email.
Tariffs quoted subject to change without prior notice
No cancellation will be accepted unless given in writing and unless a return confirmation of
written cancellation has been verified by Unlimited Travel & Car Hire CC
Cancellation policy:
Before 8 weeks’ notice no charge
50% of rack rate if cancelled up to 4 weeks prior to
arrival
100% of rack rate if cancelled 2 weeks prior to arrival
Non arrivals - 100% cancellation fees applicable
Children policy:
Minimum age for children eight years and older (discounted rates apply to children between ages eight and younger than 12 years)
Own risk & Insurance Recommended:
We explicitly point out the participation in this tour is entirely at the guests’ own risk.
All guests must have a comprehensive insurance cover to make provision for cancellation, curtailment, medical expenses, personal baggage loss or damage, emergency evacuation and also loss of foreign currency. Unlimited Travel & Car Hire CC will not negotiate on any costs where this rule applies and in cases where clients were not briefed or unaware of this policy.
Force Majeure
It goes without saying that we do our utmost to conduct the tour as described in the program; we cannot vouch for it, however. Unfavourable weather conditions, organizational problems,
unforeseen events or other factors may force us to change the course of the tour. We apologies for any inconvenience caused.
